Parents, 
Every morning that your child comes to Potowmack, they must complete the LCPS Symptom Checker questionnaire by 7:00AM on the days they attend.  If your child is absent for the day, they must complete it anyway.  
Scan the above QR code with your camera ans answer the questions.
